Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Window
We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. After this period, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- In the same condition as received — unworn or unused
- With original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at morphingessentials@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send your item back without first contacting us — items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

4. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at morphingessentials@gmail.com so we can assess the issue and make it right. Please include photos of the damage or incorrect item in your email.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item on our Website at https://mrphng.com.
6. European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to a European Union country, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer law. The item must still be in its original, unused condition with tags and original packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or declined.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund

8. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items missing original tags or packaging
- Final sale or clearance items (where noted at time of purchase)
